COOL CONTROL – Temperature Controller for Aquarium Cooling Fans
The Cool Control is an intelligent thermostatic controller designed to automate cooling fans for aquariums, such as the JBL Cooler. It uses a built-in temperature sensor to monitor the water temperature in real time and activates the fan only when needed, ensuring thermal stability and energy efficiency.
It supports fans from 1 to 50W, connects via a DC 5/2 mm jack, and features a manual temperature selector ranging from 18°C to 36°C. A status LED indicates whether the fan is on or off.
Operating Modes:
Auto: automatically activates/deactivates fan based on set temperature
On: fan always on
Off: fan turned off
Example: if set to 28°C, the controller will switch on the fan once the water temperature exceeds 28°C and turn it off once it drops below that threshold.
