Nyos Instant Plankton Reef Pepper is an advanced powdered microfood designed to deliver a highly bioavailable and balanced source of nutrition for LPS corals, zoanthids, ricordea, filter-feeding invertebrates, and ornamental marine fish. With an ultra-fine particle size (5–20 microns), Reef Pepper replicates the natural behavior of live phytoplankton by remaining in suspension for hours, greatly increasing uptake by corals.
Through a unique production method, the particles are bound into spherical clusters with internal air microbubbles, allowing them to float rather than sink. This enhances feeding efficiency and keeps the food available for longer periods. The round, raspberry-like structure encourages coral polyp capture. Directions for use:
Mix 1–3 scoops per 100 liters of aquarium water with a few drops of Nyos Absolute Aminos in a separate container. Let sit for several minutes before feeding into the tank.
