Equipped with a 300 l/h pump powered by the reliable Eden type 106 motor, this filter ensures silent operation with minimal energy use (only 5 watts). The internal structure includes two separate chambers: a mechanical filtration chamber (280 cm³) and a biological chamber (450 cm³), preloaded with fine sponge and high-porosity ceramic media to support beneficial bacterial colonies and stabilize the aquarium's biological balance.
The FES60 comes complete with an intake system, hoses, connectors, and a dual water return setup: a spray-bar for surface agitation and oxygen exchange, or a directional deflector for customized flow. Priming is straightforward: simply open the top, fill with water, and plug it in. A built-in internal circuit quickly expels trapped air, ensuring seamless startup. Safety clips on the lid include secure locking buttons to prevent accidental opening.
