This test kit covers a measuring range of 2 to 15 mg/l (ppm), allowing aquarists to adjust fertilization accurately according to plant uptake. In heavily planted or high-light aquariums (above 1 watt/liter), optimal potassium levels should range between 10 and 20 mg/l, while standard setups should maintain levels between 5 and 10 mg/l.
