CORALLINE ALGAE ACCELERATOR 118ml is a specialized growth supplement designed to promote the rapid development of richly colored red and purple coralline algae on live rock in saltwater aquariums. These encrusting algae are highly valued for their aesthetic appeal and their competitive role in limiting unwanted algae growth.
The formula includes finely powdered aragonite and a concentrated blend of calcium (over 100,000 mg/L), strontium, magnesium, and iodide in liquid form, providing the essential minerals needed for calcareous algae growth. When used regularly, it encourages fast, stable colonization of live rock surfaces, helping to build a natural, protective layer that supports reef stability.
CORALLINE not only improves appearance but also prevents nuisance algae by outcompeting them for space and nutrients. Suitable for all marine setups, including SPS, LPS, and soft coral reef tanks.

Directions for use:
Shake well before each use.
Dose 2 ml per 100 liters daily, preferably near a strong water flow or into the sump.
Temporary cloudiness is normal and clears with time.
Wait 1.5–2 hours before testing calcium levels for accurate readings.
Maintain calcium at or below 420 ppm to avoid imbalance.

High phosphate levels inhibit coralline algae. Use MICROBE-LIFT/Phosphate Test Strips to monitor. Also consider KH stability, lighting intensity, and possible algae grazers like sea urchins as key factors in coralline algae propagation.
