The COUNT SAFE – JBL ProFlora Count Safe is a high-precision CO₂ bubble counter designed for accurate visual monitoring of the carbon dioxide (CO₂) flow into your aquarium. It is an essential component of any CO₂ fertilization system, whether using pressurized bottles or fermentation-based setups. Its transparent body allows for easy bubble counting, enabling fine-tuned regulation of CO₂ dosing.
This unit can be mounted horizontally on a flat surface (e.g., using double-sided tape) or vertically attached to the aquarium glass using the included suction cup. Simply fill the unit halfway with water, connect the IN port to your CO₂ generator via silicone tubing, and the OUT port to your diffuser or reactor in the aquarium.
For added safety, it is strongly recommended to install a check valve between the bubble counter and the aquarium, with the arrow pointing toward the tank. This prevents water backflow, protecting your CO₂ system components from potential damage.
