EKAI 40 Grey is a sleek and compact 24-litre glass aquarium designed to provide a complete, stylish, and user-friendly solution for small freshwater setups. With its optimized dimensions (40 x 20 x 28 cm), it fits easily on desks, shelves or furniture, making it ideal for home or office environments where space and aesthetics matter.
Made of 3 mm thick glass, the tank includes a hinged plastic lid with a practical flip-top feeding hatch, allowing easy access for feeding or installing an automatic feeder. The lid is also LED-ready and accommodates the EKAI LED lamp (not included, code 311728), enabling customizable lighting to suit aquatic life. The kit comes with a CASCADE 30 internal filter, adjustable up to 180 L/h, equipped with a mechanical sponge and an activated carbon cartridge for effective two-stage filtration.
EKAI 40 Grey is also heater-compatible (heater not included), making it easy to convert into a tropical tank for fish and invertebrates. To maintain filtration efficiency, replace the carbon cartridge monthly and the sponge every two months. The filter must run continuously to ensure biological balance.
