The OASE BioSmart Set 5000 is the ideal all-in-one filtration solution for small ponds, delivering clean, clear, and biologically balanced water from day one. Suitable for ponds up to 5 m³, or up to 2.5 m³ with fish, this set combines mechanical-biological filtration with integrated UVC clarification, offering long-lasting water quality with minimal maintenance.
Included is a 25-Watt pump with a maximum flow rate of 1500 l/h and a head height of 1.9 meters. This pump is precisely matched with the flow-through filter, ensuring efficient water circulation. The built-in 7-Watt UVC clarifier removes suspended algae, bacteria, and harmful microorganisms, improving water clarity and overall pond health.
A special internal water guide enriches the water with oxygen during filtration, supporting beneficial bacterial activity and a stable pond ecosystem. The vertically positioned sponges with extended surface area efficiently trap debris. Cleaning is easy thanks to external handles that allow for mess-free maintenance without opening the filter.
Visual indicators for sponge contamination and water temperature are integrated into the housing for easy monitoring. A bottom drain enables fast removal of coarse debris, and the filter box can be partially buried (up to ⅓) for discreet landscape integration. The set also includes a 3-meter flexible hose (¾", 19 mm) for quick and convenient setup.
