At the core of the system is a continuous belt that removes coarse debris before it reaches the main filter sponges. This belt is activated automatically by sensors that detect contamination levels, allowing for efficient pre-filtration and significantly extended sponge life. The dual-sealed motor and reinforced belt ensure long-term performance, even under intensive use.
User convenience is a top priority with BioTec ScreenMatic². It features a self-cleaning mechanism, a large debris basket, an optimized water distributor that prevents clogging, and a manual belt activation button. A bottom drain with gate valve enables fast removal of accumulated waste, while an integrated LED panel provides system monitoring at a glance.
Compatible with OASE Bitron C and Eco UVC clarifiers and optionally with PhosLess filter columns for filamentous algae control, the system offers comprehensive and customizable filtration.
