Based on the upflow principle, this device pushes water from the bottom through a dispersion plate, ensuring uniform distribution and preventing channeling that can reduce media efficiency. This system guarantees optimal contact between the water and the filter media, maximizing performance and extending media lifespan.
The PhosBan Reactor 150 can be easily mounted on the back of the aquarium or placed under the tank, thanks to its versatile and compact design. The connections feature hose barbs for 1/2-inch tubing and include a ball valve for precise flow control, along with hose clamps for secure attachment. It is compatible with any pump rated between 100 and 250 gph (pump not included), making it easy to integrate into existing systems.
