How to install Tropica CO2 System Bio:
Base solution preparation:
Pour 300 ml of hot water (about 50°C) into the provided bottle. Close with the cap without the air nozzle and shake for 1 minute. Leave at room temperature for at least 24 hours until solidified. Immerse the CO2 diffuser in clean water during this time.
Activating CO2 production:
Dissolve 1 portion of Activator in 200 ml of lukewarm water (max 35°C). Let stand 5 minutes and stir until completely dissolved. Add the activated solution to the main bottle.
Final installation:
Insert the gasket into the air cap and close the bottle. Connect the air tube between the bottle and the CO2 diffuser, place the diffuser inside the aquarium. CO2 production typically starts within a few hours depending on temperature.
With Activator Refill cartridges, the system provides a steady CO2 supply for about 60 days, ensuring continuous nourishment for vigorous plant growth.
