The Nano Filter Modul by Dennerle is a filtration upgrade designed to enhance the performance of the Dennerle Corner Filter and Corner Filter XL. This module replaces the standard three-layer microfiber filter cartridge, allowing aquarists to significantly increase both filter volume and filtration quality, especially in fish-populated tanks where waste levels are higher.
The module is designed to be filled with Dennerle filter media, such as Bio Filter Granulat or other biological/chemical media. Once filled and rinsed to remove transport residue, it slides easily into the filter in place of the regular cartridge, creating a customizable multi-stage filtration system.
In the Corner Filter XL, replacing even just one cartridge with the Filter Modul enables multi-stage filtration, improving water clarity and biological balance—an excellent solution for more demanding aquatic environments.
