ELEOCHARIS ACICULARIS 'MINI' – Ultra-Compact Foreground Carpet Plant for Nano Aquariums, Tropica 1-2-Grow! Cup

Eleocharis acicularis 'Mini' is a specially selected, ultra-low-growing variety of the classic Eleocharis species. With a maximum height of just 3 to 5 cm, it is ideal for creating lush, dense carpets in nano tanks or aquascapes where precision and scale are key. Its thin, vibrant green blades provide a natural look that complements a wide range of aquascaping styles.

This plant spreads through underground runners, and when planted in small, well-spaced clumps, it quickly covers the substrate with a uniform mat. It requires high lighting and benefits from moderate CO₂ injection, but thanks to its compact growth, it requires minimal trimming, making it exceptionally easy to maintain.

Supplied in a Tropica 1-2-Grow! cup, this in-vitro cultured plant is free from snails, algae, and pesticides, ensuring complete safety for shrimp, sensitive fish, and newly established tanks.

Main features:

  • Ultra-low carpeting plant for freshwater aquariums
