SEA SALT 10 Kg is a high-quality synthetic marine salt specially designed for saltwater aquariums with fish, soft corals and less demanding invertebrates. It ensures a balanced composition of essential elements such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, and carbonate hardness (KH), creating a stable and healthy marine environment. It is ideal for both initial tank setups and routine water changes.
Thanks to its rapid and complete solubility, SEA SALT provides a clear and stable solution ready for immediate use in maintenance procedures. While it is recommended to wait 10–14 days before introducing livestock in new setups, the prepared solution can be used right away for water changes, making it a convenient and effective option for everyday marine aquarium care.
Preparation instructions:
Dissolve SEA SALT in demineralized water at approximately 24°C (75°F)
For 30 ppt salinity, dissolve 3.25 kg (7.16 lbs) in 100 litres (27 US gallons)
Mix vigorously for about 15 minutes until fully dissolved
Use within 48 hours of preparation
Typical parameters at 24°C:
Magnesium: 1200–1300 mg/l
Calcium: 360–400 mg/l
Potassium: 300–350 mg/l
Alkalinity (dKH): 8.0–9.0
pH: 8.0–8.2
