ERIOCAULON CINEREUM – Compact Foreground Plant with Narrow Leaves and Decorative Flowering, Ideal for CO₂-Rich Aquascapes
Eriocaulon cinereum is a distinctive foreground plant known for its small, cushion-like growth and ornamental flower stalks that often appear after planting. Unlike many other Eriocaulon species, this plant is more tolerant of medium-hard water, though soft, clean water is still preferred for optimal health and vibrant appearance.
This plant thrives in conditions with strong lighting and consistent CO₂ supplementation, making it ideal for high-tech aquariums. After flowering, which may temporarily drain its energy, Eriocaulon cinereum typically recovers and regrows from the base, provided it is maintained in stable and favorable conditions.
Offered in the Tropica 1-2-Grow! in-vitro format, it is cultivated in a sterile lab environment and guaranteed free from snails, algae, and pesticides, making it completely safe for shrimp and delicate fish species.
Main features:

Requires high light and added CO₂ for healthy growth
