The OASE BioSmart UVC 16000 is a powerful and compact flow-through filter designed to deliver clear, healthy, and oxygen-rich water in ponds up to 16 m³ (8 m³ with fish, 4 m³ with koi). With dimensions of 56 x 38 x 41 cm, this filter is ideal for medium-sized garden ponds and can be partially buried (up to ⅓) for a discreet landscape integration.
Water flows through a series of active, high-efficiency filter foams that ensure effective mechanical and biological filtration. The internal flow design oxygenates the water, stimulating beneficial bacteria and accelerating the breakdown of organic waste. The integrated UVC clarifier targets suspended green algae and pathogens, significantly improving water clarity and quality.
The filter features two universal stepped hose connectors for ¾" to 1½" tubing and a large DN 75 outlet for efficient water discharge. Cleaning is made easy with external handles that allow for sponge rinsing without opening the filter or getting your hands wet. Built-in indicators display the water temperature and the level of filter contamination for easy monitoring. The bottom drain ensures quick removal of coarse debris during maintenance.
