With a maximum height of just 7 cm, this fast-spreading plant uses underground runners to establish a uniform, grassy mat, making it perfect for nano tanks and clean, minimalist layouts.
Its compact growth and fine texture allow it to complement aquascapes requiring precision and order, especially in natural and Iwagumi-style tanks. Eleocharis parvula 'Mini' thrives under medium lighting and moderate CO₂, while a nutrient-rich granular substrate enhances its speed and density of spread.
