Bucephalandra sp. 'Wave Leaf' is a decorative epiphyte from Indonesia, featuring broad, elongated dark green leaves with distinctly wavy edges. Its upright and compact growth habit makes it ideal for foreground or midground placement in natural aquascapes, where it offers a lush, elegant texture.
As with all Bucephalandra, 'Wave Leaf' is best attached to driftwood or stone, not planted in substrate, as burying the rhizome can lead to rot. It grows slowly, requires low to medium lighting, and does not need CO₂, making it perfect for low-tech or shrimp aquariums.
This in vitro cultivated version is free of pests, snails, and algae, ensuring a clean and safe start. The high-quality gel medium used in cultivation promotes quick adaptation to aquatic conditions.

Planting instructions:
Gently remove plant from the cup and rinse off the gel under running water.
Divide into 1–2 cm clusters.
