TROPICA AQUARIUM SOIL 9L – Complete Active Substrate for Planted Aquariums
Tropica Aquarium Soil 9L is a premium active substrate designed to support healthy plant growth while subtly adjusting water chemistry. With a grain size of 2-3 mm, it enables secure and easy planting, even for delicate species. It is a complete substrate that does not require additional base fertilizers, simplifying setup and enhancing efficiency.
Rich in natural nutrients, this soil promotes root development, intensifies plant coloration—especially reds—and creates optimal conditions for demanding aquarium plants. Its active buffering effect slightly lowers KH and pH, helping to stabilize water parameters and support a successful aquascape startup.
Key Features:
Complete substrate, no additional base fertilizer needed
2–3 mm grain size for easy and stable planting
Promotes healthy plant growth and vibrant red coloration
Slightly reduces KH and pH for better water chemistry
Ideal for natural aquascapes and demanding planted tanks
Boosts root anchoring and plant establishment
Simple and efficient setup for beginners and experts
Instructions for Use:
Spread Tropica Aquarium Soil evenly on the aquarium bottom at a thickness of 4–6 cm. Fill the tank gently with water to avoid disturbing the substrate. It is recommended to change 25–50% of the water twice a week for the first 4 weeks to stabilize parameters and remove excess nutrients released from the substrate.
Why Choose Tropica Aquarium Soil 9L:
A professional-grade active substrate that ensures optimal plant growth, enhances coloration, and supports a stable aquarium environment. Practical and efficient, it eliminates the need for additional fertile layers, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced aquascapers.
