Genesis Rock + Genesis Bacteria is a complete solution designed to maximize biological filtration in both freshwater and saltwater aquariums. This set includes two high-surface ceramic blocks and a 50ml bottle of concentrated Genesis Bacteria, offering a fast and efficient way to establish and maintain healthy water conditions.
Each Genesis Rock is made from 100% ceramic fired at over 600°C, providing over 23,000 square feet of surface area per block for beneficial bacteria colonization. These rocks can be placed under sand, in refugiums, sumps, or hidden within the aquascape, and support both aerobic and anaerobic filtration, effectively removing ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, and dissolved organics.
Genesis Bacteria is a custom blend of dormant bacterial strains developed in partnership with a Canadian biotech company. With concentrations exceeding 80 billion cells/mL, these bacteria act as a nutritious food source for corals and plankton in their planktonic state and help break down waste and nutrients once settled as biofilms.

Usage Instructions for Genesis Rock:
Aerobic Setup: Place above water level in low-flow zone (approx. 40 gph) to remove ammonia/nitrites
Anaerobic Setup: Place in low-oxygen, low-flow zones (sump or under substrate) to reduce nitrates
Combination Setup: Place in medium flow areas for both aerobic and anaerobic action
Usage Instructions for Genesis Bacteria:
Daily dosage: 1 drop per 20 gallons
For new systems: 4 drops daily per 20 gallons for the first two weeks
